Refunds are offered only in cases of duplicate payment, technical failure, or if the purchased digital content is not delivered within the promised time.

All digital courses, AI downloads and automation tools become non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as they are instantly delivered digital assets.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or gateway.
